Our 19th Year
We want to use our new web site
(http://www.artboard2advertising.com) to keep you posted
on the many services Art Board II Advertising can
provide and the special programs we have coming up
to promote your business. 2003 looks to be a very
exciting time with many of our popular CO-OP
Advertising Programs continuing from past years and
several new ones in the works. The Colorful Estes
Park Summer Menu Guides were very popular with
visitors and advertisers alike and the Summer book
grew to over 150 restaurants, shops and attractions
making it a very useful guide to what's happening in
Estes Park. Look for full color for the Winter Menu
Guides and we'll continue the new section we called
Discover Romantic Estes Park to promote the many
lodging packages available in the off season for
romantic getaways and special occasions. Of course
we still offer custom design for color brochures and
logos, plus copy writing, photography and a full range
of agency services.
ART BOARD II's ESTES PARK CO-OP
AD PROGRAMS
Colorado's Official State Vacation Guide for 2003
We've already sold three pages for The 2003 Colorado
State Vacation Guide CO-OP and expect to have four
pages at least. There are 600,000 copies, out for a full
year, last year it featured 39 lodging properties of all
types, varying from Romantic B&B's to Historic Dude
Ranches plus the Estes Park Menu Guide. We have
been doing these for ten years and hope to expand it
with the addition of more attractions. We began
selling the 2003 book in late September. You need to
contact us right away for good space availability. We
hope to post information on the web site.
Denver & Colorado Visitors Guide for 2003
We will soon start working on the 2003 DOVG CO-OP
Ad and hope to wrap this up by January 1st. The 2002
ad was a full page with 16 advertisers. Would love to
get two pages to expand the ads size to give Estes Park
more impact and take advantage of Denver's strong
tourist economy. Large 500,000 circulation (two issue),
Denver's large ad budget and close proximity make this
an attractive publication for Estes to piggy-back their
ads to. You should have gotten a mailing from the
publisher with information on the book, if not give us a
call. We will try to get the information on the co-op ad
out later this month and post it on the web site.
INCREDIBLE COLORADO
Incredible Colorado Co-op began as a page and a half
then they offered us the other half page and it will be
two full pages for the last two issues. The Co-op ads
featured 23 advertisers. We will again be selling this as
a three issue (full year) package when it comes up next
summer. This publication offers some very interesting
prospects for advertisers who promote on the web.
The book features a free listing on the Denver Post
Web Page with free Hot Link to the advertisers web
page. We get two pages of free editorial on Estes Park
and RMNP with our ad. Orders for books via the web
were running ahead of expectations. We will post the
information on our web page when we get ready to sell
next summer. Thank you for your support.
Other CO-OP Ad & Publication Projects
We are considering several other CO-OP ads and New
Publication projects - each lending itself to solving a
specific problem for Estes Park advertisers in the New
Millennium. If you have any ideas for New CO-OP ads
or Publications you'd like to see us do give me a call at
586-6615 or email us.

Estes Park Menu Guides© - 2003 Summer COLOR
Edition
The Estes Park Menu Guides with COLOR were a
smash hit this Summer and had us scrambling to keep
up with the demand. The Menu Guides continue to be
very popular with visitors and advertisers alike and the
addition of COLOR only added
to the excitement. We plan to keep all the good things
that make the menu guides so popular, the Special
Events Schedules, Area Maps, Street Maps, Cuisine
Indexes and special features like the Artist & Gallery
Guide, Antiques & Collectibles, Showcase Estes Park,
Discover Romantic Estes Park & Essential
Services (new for 01) and the Hiking Map Guide.
Useful information is why people prefer the Menu
Guide 3 to 1 over other books. Menu Guide is the most
complete and most useful guide to what's happening.
Special Color positions are limited so reserve early.
Estes Park Menu Guides© - Winter COLOR Edition
We will be adding color to the Winter Menu Guides
also. Sales will be starting any day now and these
books will be working hard to make sure every visitor
to Estes has a great stay during the late Fall, Winter
and Spring. The Color Menu Guides are so popular
we now suggest that they be given to each guest when
they check in. Many motels now use a binder system
and we want folks to have their very own copy of the
Menu Guide to take with them and use. The 2002-03
winter edition sales to begin in October. Prices and
details will be out soon and posted on the web site.

My wife and I own Art Board II and I have 40 plus
years of advertising knowledge and experience. We
work hard to find better ways to promote Estes Park
because
we feel that it helps everyone up here to succeed. I
hope this will give you an overview of just who we are
and what we do and perhaps give you some ideas of
how we may be of help to you in the coming year. Feel
free to call us if we can be
of any service or offer any advise.
Thank you,
